Ledgerline

Product

A reconciliation workspace, not another spreadsheet

Ledgerline sits between your bank feeds and your ledger, does the mechanical work of matching, and leaves your team only the decisions that need a finance professional.

Match, flag, approve — pick a step

The same three steps run for every account, every entity, every month. Tabs are keyboard-navigable and nothing animates on its own.

Ledgerline learns your matching rules — reference parsing, tolerance windows, vendor aliases — so the auto-match rate climbs with every close.

How a close runs

From bank feed to signed-off period

  1. 01

    Ingest

Bank feeds arrive directly from your institutions, and your ledger syncs through NetSuite, QuickBooks Online or Xero. Ledgerline normalizes both sides into one reconciliation workspace per account, per period.

  2. 02

    Match

Rules you define — reference parsing, amount tolerance windows, date windows, vendor aliases — run against every line. Anything that pairs cleanly is matched automatically, with a confidence score on each pair.

  3. 03

    Flag

Lines that don't pair become exceptions with the reason attached: duplicate risk, FX variance, missing memo, vendor mismatch. Each flag carries its evidence and a suggested resolution.

  4. 04

    Approve

When exceptions clear, the period packages for sign-off. The controller approves once; Ledgerline locks the period, writes the immutable audit entry, and syncs reconciled status back to your ledger.

Built for the whole team

The details finance teams notice

Exception queue with evidence

Every flagged line shows the bank record, the rejected candidates, and why each was rejected. Reviewers decide in minutes instead of re-deriving the problem.

Multi-entity workspaces

One workspace per entity, one dashboard across all of them. Controllers see which closes are on track without opening a single book.

Rules that compound

Every manual match can be promoted to a rule. Auto-match rates climb from the high 80s to 97%+ within three closes for most teams.

Approval workflows

Route exceptions and period sign-off to the right reviewer by amount, account or entity. Delegation covers vacations and sick days.

Immutable audit trail

Who matched what, who flagged it, who approved, and when — exportable as a package your auditors can navigate themselves.

Period snapshots

Every close freezes a snapshot of balances, matches and decisions. Restate nothing, re-derive nothing; compare any two periods side by side.

Walk through a close from your industry

Bring your messiest account. We'll show you what Ledgerline would match, what it would flag, and what your team would actually review.
